2 cups escarole torn into pieces
1 cup Arugula
1T Pine Nuts
1 Roma tomato sliced
¼ cup sliced red onion
¼ cup dried cranberries

2T Balsamic reduction
S&P

Method: Toss first 6 ingredients in bowl. Drizzle with balsamic reduction. Season with S&P
